St. Nicholas is a symbol of the spirit of Christmas, of goodwill, and of the goodness of the holiday season.
And, as any child knows, he’s the one who brings the toys on Christmas! This design is nicely sized and will make a great project for the holidays. The free chart is available from Abby Gaelle.

St Nicholas is celebrated in the Netherlands on December 5 or 6. He doesn’t bring the Christmas presents but the Sinterklaas day presents, with his helper Zwarte Piet (black pete)
Santa Claus brings the Christmas presents, Santa was originated LONG after Sinterklaas.
(I am Dutch so know about Sinterklaas lol)
Just FYI
Oh – thanks for the history lesson! I stand corrected!
