This sweet spring pattern was designed for the first birthday of the Snowflower Diaries blog back in 2014, which is long enough ago that it’s like it’s a brand new pattern now. 😉
It features a bunny in a dress surrounded by flowers that are sort of in an egg shape, but it doesn’t really read like an Easter pattern so you can still stitch it up and enjoy it for the rest of the season.
I love the pastels of the original but you could go brighter and bolder for your bunny if you like.

One of the easiest ways to make a cross stitch project more personal is to add text to it. Whether you’re adding the names of people getting married to a generic floral cross stitch design, birth information to a project on theme with the new baby’s room or just adding a word or phrase that’s meaningful to you, adding words to cross stitch projects make them that much more special.
