With the new season of Doctor Who starting (who else is super excited?) it seemed time to bring out a TARDIS cross-stitch pattern.
This one is from Birdie Stitching and is actually a pretty good-sized pattern — 180 rows long by my quick count — and uses 15 colors of thread.
You could also add a saying like “TARDIS, sweet TARDIS” or your favorite quote from your favorite doctor if you like.
This would look great on a pillow for the TV room!

One of the easiest ways to make a cross stitch project more personal is to add text to it. Whether you’re adding the names of people getting married to a generic floral cross stitch design, birth information to a project on theme with the new baby’s room or just adding a word or phrase that’s meaningful to you, adding words to cross stitch projects make them that much more special.
