I recently saw this cute cross-stitch banner made by Hannah Hand Makes from the squares she designed for her summer stitch-along.
The idea is really cute and an easy way to hang any large piece of cross-stitch or to display a sampler or stitch-along project.
It would also be cute for a holiday-themed project because it makes it a little more informal than putting it in a frame.
Have you ever made a banner with a cross-stitch project? I’d love to hear about it.

I left myself a note when I added Colorfully Sarah Shop to my list of shops to write about that says “small but adorable.” I was talking about the shop in general — which as of this writing has just 40 patterns — but it’s also true of the designs themselves.
