Everyone who knows me well knows that one of my main goals in life right now is to get an iPhone. I have been hinting to my DH constantly about my upcoming birthday.
And, I already have the case from connect design that is stitchable. Stitchable! As in – you can cross stitch on it. I mean, how totally cool is that?
I chose a black case. It also comes in white, blue, orange, green, and pink too.
The case comes with several free charts and a few bobbins of floss. I’d planned to come up with my own design, but thanks to Catsparella I now know that there are a LOT of free charts on the connect design site including these cute kitties, classic cars, Mario, and other cute critters to stitch on your case (or to use for other projects). Oh, which one will I choose?
One of the easiest ways to make a cross stitch project more personal is to add text to it. Whether you’re adding the names of people getting married to a generic floral cross stitch design, birth information to a project on theme with the new baby’s room or just adding a word or phrase that’s meaningful to you, adding words to cross stitch projects make them that much more special.
