I guess Alice in Wonderland isn’t really a Halloween story but some of the characters can be a little creepy, so it fits.
This Mad Hatter cross-stitch pattern reimagines the hatter as a cat, which, why not?
It’s a really fun and colors (as in, around 50 colors) design by Julia Zolatova. The stitch area is 77 by 133 stitches and it features whole and half stitches, French knots and backstitch. (The pattern says it’s for intermediate knitters.)

I’m going to go ahead and admit that I totally missed Toy Story 4, so it took my by surprise when Toy Story 5 came out, but let’s celebrate with some Toy Story cross stitch patterns.
