Stitch a Grumpy Cat Cross Stitch Pattern Because She Would Have Hated That

Grumpy Cat, the cat known to her family as Tardar Sauce and to the world as the perpetually angry looking face to countless memes, died recently, which made me thing that something that would really annoy her/honor her grouchy memory would be to be immortalized in cross stitch.

Of course I’m not the first person to think of this, and you can find lots of different Grumpy Cat cross stitch patterns on etsy. One I particularly liked was this one from CrossBitch914, which features everyone’s favorite frowning feline and the word no, as well as some lovely flowers which just add to the grumpy scene.

If I worked in an office I would make this for my desk.

I might make it for the desk in my home office anyway.

There’s a really cute parcel alphabet that has the letters on presents and there are also elves and a Santa worked in, which would be cute for a project for a child or to make a sign for your house.

Patterns are shown several to a page with one key for all of the projects. The projects don’t say how big they are so you’ll have to count stitches on the chart and figure out how big they will be based on the fabric you are using.

Still, this is a nice, large collection of holiday themed cross stitch designs, which is great for people who like stitching projects big and small for Christmas.
