I
know I missed Canadian Thanksgiving by a few days, but there’s still plenty of time to stitch up something cute if you’re an American looking forward to that holiday.
Ring Cat Designs has a super cute little turkey cross stitch pattern that I think would be adorable stitched on a set of linen napkins. Now you have your project for the next month.
Or you can just use the little guy on a card or in a wee frame (it’s a little less than 2 inches by a little more than 2 inches, or 25 by 31 stitches). It uses six colors but should still stitch up in a flash.
You can get the pattern from $3 on Etsy.

Siren Stitchworks has cross stitch patterns that feel like old samplers (and some of them are in fact historical reproductions) even when they are modern designs. They have patriotic patterns, biscornus, pop culture patterns and more so let’s take a look.
