Hancock’s House of Happy posts cute and sometimes sort of odd and bizarre charts. In this case, there’s one of each. There’s the one shown here, a sweet little gnome woodsman who is ready to be stitched up and displayed. Then there’s the companion piece – it’s a little more sinister. Gnomeman Bates is creepy so be warned not to click over if you don’t think you can handle it! Check out the free projects.
One of the easiest ways to make a cross stitch project more personal is to add text to it. Whether you’re adding the names of people getting married to a generic floral cross stitch design, birth information to a project on theme with the new baby’s room or just adding a word or phrase that’s meaningful to you, adding words to cross stitch projects make them that much more special.
Thanks for sharing my chart Connie!
