Angela shared this example of the free January Snowflake pattern over at Stitching the Night Away. Loretta praises her unique color choice and I agree – the colors really pop. You can pop over to the Stitching the Night away blog to learn how Angela plans to use her project and find out how to get the inexpensive chart. Learn more.

One of the easiest ways to make a cross stitch project more personal is to add text to it. Whether you’re adding the names of people getting married to a generic floral cross stitch design, birth information to a project on theme with the new baby’s room or just adding a word or phrase that’s meaningful to you, adding words to cross stitch projects make them that much more special.
Just so you know, it’s not free. Not expensive, but not free.
Thanks for letting me know – I will make the correction in the blog post!
