This is the way I feel when it rains in the summer time, or when my boss asks me to work late on Friday or when…well, you get the picture. Although this is a Perler Bead pattern, it can easily be adapted to cross stitch. The only rough spot is that you have to pick the color of your floss. I know all of you are awesome, so that should be any problem.

One of the easiest ways to make a cross stitch project more personal is to add text to it. Whether you’re adding the names of people getting married to a generic floral cross stitch design, birth information to a project on theme with the new baby’s room or just adding a word or phrase that’s meaningful to you, adding words to cross stitch projects make them that much more special.
