If you’re ready to move right past Halloween and into Thanksgiving, here’s a great little chart for you.
The Give Thanks chart is free from Plaid, and it’s a really nice little design that features leaves and berries.
It’s a pretty simple pattern, using cross stitch, backstitch and French knots. It would be lovely on a greeting card for someone you aren’t going to see this holiday season, or stitch a bunch for place cards for your Thanksgiving table.
Do you stitch for Thanksgiving? I’d love to know what you’ve made or what you are working on.

Last fall I came across this cross stitch pattern for a sea turtle and I talked myself out of sharing it right away because tropical animals don’t feel like a “fall” thing, but now that it’s summer again, let’s take a look at some cross stitch patterns for creatures that live in or around the sea.
Thank you for this adorable pattern! I just stitched it with some lovely threadworx. I love it.
